SMS reminder
For your convenience, you will receive, 48 working hours before your appointment, an SMS reminding you of the time, site and name of the consultation practitioner. This provision concerns the majority of consultations. However, the fact of not receiving an SMS does not mean that your consultation is canceled.
Documents to prepare
- Identity document
- ISI + card (for children)
- Support documents (work accident, indictment, vital card, etc.)
- Payment method (preferably electronic)
- Results of any examinations requested by your specialist doctor
Opening hours of the consultation centers
- IMC site: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.
- Notre-Dame site: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. and Saturday, 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Union site: 7:30 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
- Péruwelz consultation center: Mondays and Wednesdays, 8 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 9 a.m. to 7.30 p.m.
Appointment cancellation
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify the appointment booking service 48 hours in advance using the forms below or by telephone on +32 69 333 000. This will allow another patient to benefit from it at your place.
If you do not honor your appointment without notifying the CHwapi, a flat rate of € 15 will be billed to you.
