The explanation of OSYM is as follows:
“The 2020-KPSS Associate Degree Exam will be applied on October 25, 2020. Applications for the exam will be made between August 21, 2020 – September 02, 2020.
The Religious Services Field Knowledge Test (DHBT), which will be attended by those who want to take part in religious services in the Directorate of Religious Affairs, will be applied on December 27, 2020. Candidates who want to participate in DHBT at the associate degree level must apply for and take the KPSS Associate License Exam.
Candidates will be able to submit their applications electronically from 10.00 onwards through ÖSYM Application Centers or individually via ÖSYM’s https://ais.osym.gov.tr or ÖSYM Candidate Procedures Mobile application.
Since the HES code information will be obtained when applying for the exam, candidates must have obtained the HES code before applying for the exam or going to the application centers for application. Candidates will be able to access information on how to obtain the HES code from the website of the Ministry of Health at https://hayatevesigar.saglik.gov.tr.

KPSS PRE-LICENSE APPLICATION
All candidates, except candidates with YU numbers starting with 0, must have obtained the HES code before applying for the exam. Candidates will be able to access information on how to obtain the HES code from the website of the Ministry of Health at https://hayatevesigar.saglik.gov.tr. Candidates will register their HES code to the ÖSYM system on the “HES CODE INFORMATION” page under my profile in AİS. The expiry date of the HES code to be used for this exam must be on the day of this exam or later.
Applications will be received electronically.

– Candidates who do not have a valid photo and / or education information in the OSYM Candidate Procedures System will apply at an application center.
* Valid Photograph: The photograph taken from any application center within the last 50 months and not rejected by ÖSYM is a valid photograph.
** Educational Information: Those whose educational information is sourced from the Higher Education Information System (YÖKSİS) or ÖSYM archive and there is no correction / change in this information. (Candidates’ associate degree education information will be taken from the Higher Education Information System (YÖKSİS) and reflected on the application screen. If there are candidates whose education information is not included in the Higher Education Information System (YÖKSİS), the education information on the ÖSYM Candidate Procedures System will be reflected on the application screen.) Candidates will complete their applications by paying the exam fee within the deadline after the application information is registered in the system.
The exam fee will be paid by credit card / debit card to one of the banks specified on the last page of the guide or from the “PAYMENTS” field on eİŞLEMLER on the website of OSYM. Candidates who want to pay a fee by going to the bank must inform the bank officer that they will pay the Turkish ID Number and the exam fee, check the ID number, name, surname and exam name / residence information on the bank receipt, and keep the receipt. Candidates can deposit a fee to the bank via internet banking without going to the bank branches.
Exam fee payment procedures are made within the application period and on the first working day after the application period, at the end of working hours for candidates who will pay from the bank; It will end at 23.59 for candidates who will make payment by credit card / debit card from the “PAYMENTS” field on the website of ÖSYM and for candidates who will make payments via bank ATMs and online banking. Candidates who will make a payment from the bank must consider the working hours of the banks.
Candidates who do not apply within the application period will be able to apply for the exam on late application days. For applications made on late application days, the examination fee must be paid by credit card / debit card from the “PAYMENTS” section on the e-OPERATIONS section of the ÖSYM website on late application days. No fees should be paid from banks. The application information of the candidates who do not pay the exam fee on the late application days although they apply on late application days will be deleted.
Candidates who apply for the exam from abroad will pay the exam fee in TL by credit card / debit card from the “PAYMENTS” field on the e-İŞLEMLER page of the ÖSYM website.
ATTENTION: After the application information is registered in the system, the exam fee must be paid in due time. The application information of the candidates who do not pay the exam fee in due time will be deleted, the application registration information will be canceled, the building / hall assignments will not be made, and the Exam Entry Document will not be issued for these candidates (Candidate Application Form SEHIT / Except for candidates who mark the GAZI PROXIMITY information field and whose information is approved by the relevant institution).
Individual Applications via Internet
Candidates who have the right to apply individually via the Internet will register their application information to the system within the time limit in the “CANDIDATE PROCEDURES” section on e-OPERATIONS on the website of OSYM and complete their applications by depositing the exam fee. Individual application via the Internet will end at 23.59 on the last day of the application period. ATTENTION:
In order for the application information to be registered in the system, “Application Process has been notified to OSYM” on the application screen. The explanation must be seen and the examination fee must be paid, a transcript of the Candidate Application Registration Information must be taken from the printer and kept carefully as it may be required at other stages of the application.
For those with disabilities / health problems who make individual applications via the Internet, those who do not have any health information in the system or who have a change, to enter their health / disability information into the system, use the Health Status / Disability Information Form, a photocopy of the Candidate Application Registration Information and a disability health board report / They are required to send an approved copy of the health board reports to ÖSYM within the application period, together with their petition stating their disability.
-The reports sent to our center are used to provide suitable exam conditions for disabled candidates during the exam. The reports sent by the candidates to our Center are not taken into consideration in the placement and appointment to public institutions and organizations. Disabled candidates who do not need to meet the appropriate exam conditions for their disabilities during the exam should not send their medical board reports to our Center.
