Apple will look for photos of child abuse on U.S. users’ iPhones. Before the photo is stored in the cloud, the technology checks whether it does not match the already known material about abused children, which was collected by authorities and organizations for their protection. The employee verifies the finding of the system and, if he confirms the suspicion of abuse, he reports the user to the competent authorities.
