Apple unveiled the new iPhone 15 last Tuesday
There is huge interest in the most equipped models 15 Pro & 15 Pro Max
The waiting period is now 4 to 5 weeks, with some configurations even up to 8 weeks
Just three days ago, on Friday, September 15 at 2:00 p.m., Apple launched pre-orders for the new iPhone 15. If you were quick enough and placed your order shortly after that time, you could be smiling with the delivery of the iPhone 15 Pro (Max) good luck and the phone could reach you on Friday 22nd September. Of course, Apple never publishes how many units have been allocated for a given country, but the information about the current delivery date on the Apple.cz website is a fairly good indicator of how long you will have to wait for delivery if you pre-order the new iPhone 15 Pro (Max) now.
I’ll start with the basic iPhone 15 first. Even if you order it now (as of the article’s publication date), it will arrive in all colors this Friday, September 22, and the same goes for the larger iPhone 15 Plus. In this case, there are no problems with availability yet.
iPhone 15 Pro Max? You’ll have to wait until mid-October
The situation is quite the opposite with the flagship iPhones 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max. When I clicked through both versions (Pro and Pro Max), all color and memory variants on the Apple.cz website, the delivery time appeared in the range of 3 to 8 weeks, a few hours after the start of pre-sales. Shorter terms in the range of 3 to 5 weeks currently apply to the iPhone 15 Pro, or to the black and blue 256GB version of the iPhone 15 Pro Max.

For the higher memory variants and the remaining colors (white and natural titanium), the approximate shipping date in 7 to 8 weeks “lights up” in the order form. But if I click on more detailed information about delivery, I can even see the delivery date between November 10 and 20.

On the Apple.cz website, you can even find a function to display other variants of the iPhone 15, which could be available at a more favorable date. But we are still talking about October 19 at the earliest. The most popular color variants among users are white and natural titanium.
Don’t overlook
These are the Czech prices of the iPhone 15 (Pro/Max). The most expensive will cost 48 thousand!
It is important to mention that these dates must still be taken as indicative, however, we have had the opportunity to see for ourselves over the past years that they fit fairly accurately. And this applies not only to Apple’s official sales channel on their website, but also to authorized resellers. Of course, it may happen that Apple will manage to increase the number of units delivered in the coming period, but even so it is clear that you will not get the new iPhone 15 Pro (Max) right away and you will have to wait for some time.

After all, even the renowned analyst Ming-Chi Kuo informedthat demand for the iPhone 15 Pro Max significantly outpaces demand for the iPhone 14 Pro Max during the same period last year.
Prices and availability
As I already announced in the text, the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max are available for pre-order in four and three memory versions, respectively: 256 GB, 512 GB, 1 TB and the iPhone 15 Pro in a 128 GB variant. The price of the iPhone 15 Pro starts at 29,990 CZK including VAT, the iPhone 15 Pro Max will be offered from 35,990 CZK. Compared to last year, all iPhones were surprisingly cheaper by several thousand.
