Apple hosted the “Scary Fast” event on Halloween to reveal the new Mackbook Pro powered by M3 chips to the world. Devices will be launched with the new M3, M3 Pro and M3 Max chips to present major improvements over the brand’s previous high-end devices.
The new Macbook Pro M3 will be available from November 7th, prices start at €2,049.00 for the 14-inch model equipped with the M3, with Apple highlighting the GPU with new generation architecture and faster CPU for “Phenomenal continuous performance in pro apps and games.”
All Macbook Pro M3 models feature a Liquid Retina XDR display, 1080p camera, 6-speaker sound system, multiple connectivity options and a battery that can last up to 22 hours.
The M3, M3 Pro and M3 Max chips were built with 3nm technology that Apple considers to be innovative, and with this more efficient new generation GPU, the chips also feature Dynamic Caching technology to adjust the amount of memory in real time required for each task. Apple even says that the MacBook Pro M3 is up to 60% faster than the MacBook Pro M1 and highlights
Regarding the screen, the company highlights the 1000 nits and the possibility of reaching 1600 in HDR content. Furthermore, SDR content can reach up to 600 nits, 20% higher than previous models.
In video games, Apple highlighted the use of Macbook Pro M3s in Baldur’s Gate 3, thanks to macOS Sonoma, which takes advantage of all the capabilities of the silicon created by the company. A new high-performance mode allows you to enjoy highly responsive remote control and Game Mode gives priority to graphics and delivers constant high performance to reduce control latency and increase gameplay immersion.

Apple also revealed the new iMac, also equipped with M3 processors and 24-inch screens in a refined design. With prices starting at €1,629 for the model with 8-core CPU, 8-core GPU, 256 GB of storage and 8 GB of unified memory, these devices will arrive in stores on November 7th.
Available in several colors, the new iMac M3 are as thin as 11.5 mm and Apple ensures that they are surprisingly light.
