A large group of Apple shareholders sued Tim Cook following false claims that were made.
Apple is one of those companies that always focuses a lot of attention on itself when something happens. In recent weeks has been the launch of the brand new series of iPhone 12, with 12, 12 Mini, 12 Pro and 12 Pro MAX. Before, however, there was talk of Apple for legal battles with Fortnite and in particular with the video game development house, or the Epic Games Store. Today, however, there is a lot of talk about the house with the apple because an important group of shareholders who contribute to the brand has decided to sue against Apple itself and its CEO, Tim Cook. The CEO, in fact, would have lied to shareholders at a delicate moment, resulting in significant losses for them.

Apple shareholders sue Tim Cook for misrepresentation
Tim Cook, the company’s number one collaborator and now successor to Steve Jobs, he would have lied to shareholders. According to iphoneitalia, in fact, the apple CEO would have hidden a rather important detail from them at the beginning of 2019. In fact, within a framework of annual projections shareholders would be told that Apple would reduce the number of devices built and sent to some countries of the world. An absolutely physiological thing given that it was a time of crisis and that we were working on the launch of the next iPhone. Among the countries where sales would however have dropped significantly China would not have been mentioned. We are talking about a giant market, which shareholders assumed would continue to be flooded with iPhones not part of the plan presented by Tim Cook. Yet exports to China also fell sharply, with significant losses in the company’s earnings. Now the shareholders have joined in a class action to target Tim Cook and the apple itself.
