Bloomberg Technoz, Jakarta – It is reported that the iPhone 16 has improved its features during the waiting period for release in 2024. Most recently, Apple Inc as the manufacturer is preparing a RAM memory capacity of up to 8 gigabytes (GB).
This increase in RAM occurred on the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus, as suspected by technology analyst Jeff Pu, or is 2GB higher than the RAM in the previous generation on the iPhone 15 and 15 Plus.
“Apple’s latest generation iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus will use 8GB RAM, an increase from 6GB RAM on the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 plus,” said Pu as quoted by Macrumors, Monday (15/1/2024).
In a research note with investment firm Haitong International Securities, Pu reiterated his belief that all iPhone 16 models will be equipped with 8 GB RAM. RAM upgrades can improve performance multitasking on iPhone.
Pu hopes that in the latest release, the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus will have a WiFi 6E system which uses the 6GHz band. Embedding this technology can increase speed and reduce signal interference.
