Would the British Royal Family also release a new photo of Prince George this year? That was just the question. The young prince was recently laughed at online for his sadness during the final of the European Football Championship and for the neat outfit he was wearing then. “Yes, very good, go cry in your tie!”, it sounded among other things. “He’s wearing a suit, he’s asking to be bullied.” Something parents William and Kate couldn’t help but laugh at. “They didn’t expect people to be so rude to such a little boy,” royalty biographer Angela Levin said. “In order to shield their son from that kind of hate speech, they are now considering not releasing a photo of him from his 8th birthday.”

But royalty fans need not fear: a new portrait of George did appear on his parents’ Twitter page. The photo shows a smiling Prince George – in blue-orange polo – sitting on the hood of a Land Rover. That seems to be a subtle tribute to Prince Philip, who passed away in April. That was his favorite car.
