Anthony Joshua trolls Manchester United star Jesse Lingard with Liverpool taunt

Two-time unified world heavyweight boxer Anthony Joshua taunted Manchester United forward Jesse Lingard after using Liverpool to defeat him at FIFA 21.

In videos posted on the social media platform Snapchat, the 31-year-old chooses Liverpool in the FIFA 21 soccer game before singing the famous You ‘ll Never Walk Alone.

Lingard spent last season’s second on loan at West Ham under the leadership of David Moyes and the 28-year-old guided the Hammers to European qualification where they will enter the Europa League group stage.

As he prepares for his next fight, Joshua took the time to Snapchat his win over Lingard.

In one post, he chooses Liverpool where he sings the famous anthem ‘You’ will Never Walk Alone ‘, holding his right arm up.

When hitting the footballer, he has the famous song, played and sung in the stands before the start of the game, playing in the background while Lingard covers his ears with his fingers to cover the lyrics.

Lingard’s form at West Ham saw him called up to the 33-team men’s provisional score, but sadly he was not chosen for the 26 men left out alongside James Ward-Prowse and Mason Greenwood, who both retired due to injury.

The boxer on the other hand is preparing for a fight at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium against Oleksandr Usyk, where he will defend his WBA, IBF and WBO heavyweight titles against the WBO mandatory challenger.

It will be Joshua’s first fight since Kubrat Pulev in December of last year after he retained his titles against the man who took them off and tarnished his perfect record, Andy Ruiz Jr.
