In the last few hours from ANSES they announced an important novelty for both retirees and some pensioners. It is that the maximum amount of the loans amounted to 400,000 Argentine pesos. Because of this, hundreds of people have already started to ask for a turn.
Raúl Romero, head of the UDAI of ANSES in Rawson, told Broadband what this modification consists of in the amount of money that can be requested. Added to this, the interviewee emphasized not only the figure, but also the interest rate.
‘The Minister of Economy of the Nation, Sergio Massa, together with the executive director of ANSES announced the launch of the line of credits that ANSES has. They raised the maximum limit to 400,000 for retirees and pensioners. This credit has the possibility of being repaid in 24, 36 or 48 installments and the most attractive thing is that it has an interest rate of 29%. It is a rate that does not exist in the local credit market. The average interest rate for personal loans is around 100%,’ she said.
Providing more information about this benefit, Romero referred to people who cannot access this higher amount. The holders of non-contributory pensions for disability, non-contributory pensions for mothers of 7 or more children and the pension for the elderly may access up to 150,000 loans. AUH cannot request it directly.
‘We have many queries and procedures managed with credits. We have arranged to expand the offer of shifts, we have doubled the amount for this benefit. This Saturday the ANSES offices throughout the country will be open to manage this type of credit for those retirees who request it, obviously having requested an appointment’sentenced.
