In addition to the eight known corona cases in hotels in St. Wolfgang in the Upper Austrian Salzkammergut, eight new ones were added in six other establishments on Friday afternoon. All those affected are in quarantine. All of them are interns, as the country’s crisis team said.

In the four-star hotels “Seevilla” and “Hotel Peter”, eight employees had previously tested positive for Covid-19. The crisis team informed that infected guests were in the “13er Haus” and in the bar “W3”.
The crisis team advises guests who stayed in one of the affected houses from July 17th to July 23rd to closely monitor their state of health and to call the 1450 health advice service if symptoms occur.
