Announced great anticovid vaccination for stragglers over 18 years of age in Edomex

Toluca, Edomex, April 16, 2022. From Monday, April 18 to Saturday, April 30, a great day of vaccination against covid-19 will be held to apply first, second and booster doses with the ASTRAZENECA vaccine to people over 18 years who for various reasons have not been immunized or have not completed their schedule, REGARDLESS OF THEIR MUNICIPALITY OF RESIDENCE.

As part of these days, regional modules will be set up in six municipalities that will vaccinate from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. according to the following schedule:

All adults over 18 years of age who have never received the vaccine, who are missing the second dose, who completed their primary schedule more than four months ago or were vaccinated with a single dose of CanSino and have not yet received the booster dose, with just show an official ID.

Institutions such as the ISSEMyM with 48 vaccination units, the IMSS with 71, the ISSSTE with 17, the DIFEM with 23 units in its facilities and in DIF Municipal Systems, likewise, SEDENA will continue vaccinating in bus terminals.

Additionally, they will carry out itinerant sessions in kiosks, markets, parks, squares, esplanades, schools, companies, airports, churches, sports facilities and other places of concurrence.

Authorities reiterated that the vaccine is FREE AND SAFE, so it is not necessary to spend the night or arrive at the modules at dawn and, as far as possible, try to stagger your arrival so as not to expose yourself to long lines or crowds that put at risk your health, in addition to having breakfast and, if you are undergoing treatment, taking your medications on time.

Similarly, they urged the population to continue with preventive health measures, even after having been vaccinated, such as the correct use of face masks, masks and/or goggles, frequent hand washing and keeping a healthy distance.
