Anno History Collection released for PC

Ubisoft today released the “Anno History Collection” for the PC, which contains four city planning classics including their extensions. The “Anno History Collection” was developed by Ubisoft Mainz and includes the optimized games “Anno 1602”, “Anno 1503”, “Anno 1701” and “Anno 1404” which are adapted to modern systems. With the “Anno History Collection” you can dive into the following four classic “Anno” games together with their extensions:

  • Anno 1602 and its expansion: New Islands, New Adventures,
  • Anno 1503 and its expansion: monsters, treasures and pirates
  • Anno 1701 and its extension: The Curse of the Dragon
  • Anno 1404 and its extension: Venice

The revised and optimized versions also offer improvements:

  • Graphics: The cities of the players will look more splendid than ever thanks to 4K resolution
  • Multiplayer Features: Updated and expanded multiplayer features including player search
  • Save Compatibility: Players are able to enjoy the improvements on their old saves.
  • Other features: frameless window mode, support for multiple screens
  • Bonus content: The digital version of the Anno History Collection also contains bonus content such as soundtracks and backgrounds as well as company logos and an ornament for Anno 1800.
  • Anno 1503 Multiplayer: 18 years after the release of the original game, Anno 1503 finally gets an official online multiplayer mode.
