Jakarta –
Governor of DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan answered the suggestion of the chairman of the DPD of the DKI Jakarta Democratic Party, Mujiyono, to become a political party cadre for the 2024 presidential election. Anies admitted that he wanted to finish the governorship of DKI first.
“Right now I’m finishing it in Jakarta. So I hope that in the last few months, everything that is planned for the program can be completed,” said Anies as reported by secondsCentral JavaWednesday (25/5/2022).
According to him, there are many celebrations in Jakarta that he must prepare for. From grand launching Jakarta International Stadium and Taman Ismail Marzuki.
Anies’ term as Governor of DKI will end in October 2022. Anies admitted that he will take a short break after not serving.
“Ya nanti break just a moment. After that, it’s new,” he said.
