The 34e edition of Ranking of Promotersthe result of a national survey conducted by the editorial staff of Innovapresse among some sixty companies and groups in the real estate sector, recognized the owners of 20 projects in 14 different categories on July 6 in Paris .
Only one program concerns the Angevin territory: “Arborescence”, carried by Vinci Immobilier, winner in the “living environment and diversity” category. The construction site started 13 months ago at the corner of boulevard Ayrault and Quai Gambetta.
This program is one of the six winners of the “Imagine Angers” call for projects launched by the City in 2018.
It was also named public prize, at the regional level, in the list given by the Federation of Real Estate Developers (FPI) last October.

The 94 apartments in the Ovelia serviced residence, intended for autonomous and semi-autonomous seniors, and the 29 apartments fitted out on the upper floors, sold between end of 2023 and beginning of 2024.
The cost of the work is estimated at nearly 20 million euros.
