By way of a week-end, the counting could start on Friday evening Home. Suddenly Nina Oostvoghels walked back into the One soap, no longer played by Clara Cleymans.

It will just happen to you. Leo (Walter Moeremans) had only just sat down in front of his TV with a bowl of chips when the doorbell rang again. Somewhat reluctantly, Leo hoisted himself out of his armchair with the words “Jaja, Marianne.” But when he opened the door with the words “And it was fun on the…” he stopped in the middle of his sentence. Not Marianne was on his doorstep, but his granddaughter Nina.

“Hello grandpa, I am back”, was the sound of Nina who immediately added: “And I am not alone … your great-granddaughter Yasmine”. Leo’s astonished look spoke volumes and already promises for the upcoming episodes. Why does Nina reconnect with her grandfather after all these years? And will Peter and Femke find out that Nina is back? Their relationship has suffered badly in the past when Peter made a slipper with Nina.
The faithful HomeViewers will also have noticed that Nina will look slightly different from now on. The role is no longer played by Clara Cleymans, but now by Daisy Van Praet. (jdr)
