It relates to alleged acts of undeclared work, fraud on social benefits, unintentional injuries, illegal exercise of the profession of dental assistant and deceptions in the provision of care.
The investigation, which follows the filing of about twenty complaints, was entrusted to the territorial gendarmerie brigade of Quetigny and the research section of Dijon.
In June, the Chevigny center was questioned by the ARS for the first time, in particular for “serious hygiene deficiencies”. It had been closed the time to respond to requests from the ARS. A few weeks later, the center in Belfort suffered the same fate.
