Jean-Luc Boisen, director of contracting at French club Saint-Etienne, responded to the statement issued by Zamalek in the wake of the statements of Roland Romier, CEO of the French club, saying that the closure of negotiations has become a disaster for the future of Mustafa Mohamed.
Boizin said in his statements, Leela Kora, following the statement issued by Zamalek: “This matter is a disaster for the player and the future, as he does not deserve what they did, after all the commitment he showed towards the team over the years inside the club.”
In a statement issued today, Friday, Zamalek announced that the door to negotiation and legal action was closed in order to preserve the legal and moral rights of its officials.
As for the statements of the CEO of his club, Bozen said: “I am not sure of the translation, although it was accurate in conveying what he said exactly.”
In response to whether he had referred to the issue of commissions to the intermediary agents in the deal, he said, “This is what he was meant to say, because many agents are trying to enter into the deal to get a commission, and he thinks the price has gone up because of this.”
He added: “For this reason, Roland was angry, and so frustrated that before his dialogue, someone sent him a final message saying that Zamalek believes that you do not have money, and this is not true.”
And whether the club is still interested in contracting with Mustafa Mohamed, he said, “Yes, this is true.”
