She made it to the last two in the final of K2 seeks K3, and seemed to become Hanne and Marthe’s new best friend. But today Amy Courtens (25) has lost contact with the trio of K3. Too bad, she thinks.

“It’s normal for their focus to be on the new K3 now, but to me it came across as: Bye!”, says Amy in Hey everyone. Even a message the day after the final was not answered by Hanne, Marthe and Julia. There is still contact between the other finalists.
Despite missing out on a spot at K3, Amy isn’t saying goodbye to showbiz yet. She hopes for a job in the media after she gave up her desk job during the competition. “Quite soon after the final, offers came in. I had an exploratory interview with a major TV station last week and I had a good feeling about it.” On TV she already openly applied to jury member and Studio 100 boss Gert Verhulst, but that love seems to have cooled down. “Now I can say that I found the judges’ comments in K2 seeks K3 quite derogatory. They just had a crush on me.”
