The Italian team Luna Rossa has nominated for the next edition of the America’s Cup in 2024. The 2021 finalists lost to New Zealand in March.
America’s Cup finalist Luna Rossa makes a fresh attempt at winning the sailing trophy. The Italians submitted their entry for the 37th edition in 2024. This is still possible for other teams until July 31, 2022. Before that, “Alinghi Red Bull Racing” and the British Ineos team named. Luna Rossa lost the 36th America’s Cup final in March 2021 3: 7 to New Zealand’s Te Rehutai. The defending champion will probably make the decision on the 2024 venue by March. (APA / red.)
