Amendment by Democrats in Trump removal process rejected Abroad

Schumer wanted a summons to go to get documents from the White House. It concerned documents from, among others, the Pentagon, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the White House that had to withhold military support to Ukraine at the request of President Donald Trump.

Immediately after rejection, Schumer submitted an adjustment proposal for the guidelines. The Democratic leader again asks for confidential documents about Ukraine.

The deposition process against US President Donald Trump started on Tuesday. The Senate is debating how the process will look exactly. Because of the Republican majority, the expectation in advance was that the trial would turn into a sof for the Democrats.
