AMD says the CPU will not be available from the homebrew market outside of China. The Ryzen 5 7500F sells for around US$170 in China, but in other countries you have to buy a complete PC from a system integrator.
Unfortunately, the Ryzen 5 7500F single item sales are limited to China only, and it seems that single item sales will not be implemented in other countries. One chance, I would like to expect that it will be possible to purchase a set with something in bulk sales.
