AMAG Group Offers Short-Term Parking Charging Solutions in Zurich Car Parks

Cham ZG/Zurich – The AMAG Group offers short-term parkers the opportunity to charge their electric vehicles in two multi-storey car parks in Zurich. Previously, the spaces at the charging stations were rented out by AMAG on a monthly basis. Hourly to daily use is now also possible.

Die AMAG Group is expanding the range of its charging stations to include charging options for short-term parkers. Last summer, the automotive trading group from Cham converted some of the multi-storey car parks Utoquai, Kongress and Messe in Zurich into loading houses. Initially, the parking spaces with charging facilities were rented exclusively on a monthly basis. The focus of the first phase was on charging solutions for tenants and condominium owners, AMAG informed in a press release communication.

Now the offer is extended to hourly or daily use. The new type of use is already possible in the Utoquai loading house, and the Messe loading house will follow suit on 16 May. Short-term parking must take a parking ticket when entering the loading house. The charging process itself is activated with a charging card or by scanning the QR code on the charging station in a charging app. Alternatively, it is also possible to store credit card details.
