Allianz is no longer a sponsor of the RSCA.
The contract expired on Tuesday June 30 and will not be renewed, at the request of the insurance company.
Allianz had become a sponsor of Sporting in 2014. Three years later, the company had even further extended its partnership by displaying its name on the jerseys during the European matches.
The financial crisis following the lockdown? The arrival of DVV, an Allianz competitor in the insurance world, on the new jerseys? The official reason for this judgment is not yet known.
