Orange :
Orange offers 2 packs:
– Pass USA/Canada 1h + unlimited SMS 31 days: at €12
– Internet pass USA/Canada 10 GB 31 days: at €29
SFR :
The classic version of SFR offers:
– the United States stay in the suitcase with 30 min of call, 30 sms and 200 MB of internet valid for 7 days: a €25
– the United States stay in the suitcase with 60 minutes of calls, 60 text messages and 400 MB of internet valid for 7 days: a €35
Red for SFR :
– For customers, thethe international option is 5€.
– The basic package unlimited calls/texts/mms and 20 GB of internet for a month without obligation: at 10€.
Note that sending a sim card will cost you 10€ additional costs for a total of €20.
Bouygues:
Bouygues offers the travel internet pass to €30 pour 5 go of the internet.
I do not like :
– too expensive compared to the proposed offer
– They internet data is too limited be able to use the phone normally during a trip to New York (except the orange package at 29€).
The free pack for €19.99:
Since September 2015, subscribers to the Free Mobile Plan at €19.99/month (or €15.99/month for Freebox subscribers) can take advantage of unlimited calls, SMS & MMS and 25 GB of data (Internet) on 3G in many foreign countries (including the USA), without additional costs.
Above 25 GB, data consumption is billed outside the package (cf.here), as might be expected.

The right plan is that you can get your SIM card in 3 minutes using a free borne (you just need a bank card, you will not be asked for any other documents) and you can set a validity period of 1 month, then your subscription will automatically expire when the period is over, you will have nothing to do, a bit like buying a card prepaid!
Note that the cost of issuing a SIM card is €10, which makes a total of €29.99 if you choose to use it for a month.

– the ability to set a validity period of 1 month (it is not necessary to unsubscribe, this is done automatically).
I do not like :
– having to change the SIM card on the spot if you are not a free subscriber (which is my case). It is therefore necessary from time to time to put your SIM card back, or have a second mobile phone, or make a call forwarding.
