TSV Eintracht Stadtallendorf, a representative from the Hessen league, will be taking on the traditional clubs Stuttgarter Kickers (Oberliga Baden-Württemberg) and Eintracht Trier (Oberliga Rheinland-Pfalz/Saar). The winner of the round of three is promoted to the regional league.

Fifteenth in the table, KSG Brandau, who only secured a ticket for the round of three on the last day of the game, meets the second two of the A leagues, FC Hillal Rüsselsheim and Türk Gücü Darmstadt.
