Alinghi back at the America’s Cup: How do you plank on a flying boat?

Why this is a challenge. By winning the legendary America’s Cup twice in a row, in 2003 and 2007, the Swiss team Alinghi achieved the feat. A small, landlocked European country won the silver ewer under the nose and beard of the Anglo-Saxons, who have been flying over the discipline for a century and a half… But in recent years, the nature of the race has changed a lot : it is less a question of cleaving the waves than the airs.
