Anyone who follows Alessandra Meyer-Wölden (37) on Instagram quickly gets the impression that she is leading a very happy life. The former fiancé of tennis hero Boris Becker (53) presents herself as a self-confident super mom and jets back and forth between the celebrity hotspots Miami, New York and the Hamptons. The advertising text for her book “Just add Love: Healthy family kitchen for young and old” (Gräfe und Unzer Verlag) says: “Sandy Meyer-Wölden reveals (…) how she manages to live a relaxed life with five children. “

He recently filed for divorce in Florida on the grounds of “irreconcilable differences.” Jared K. raises serious allegations against his wife in the divorce papers. Among other things, he claims: Since his wife’s new life partner lives in New York and Sandy therefore travels a lot, she wants to prevent the couple’s underage twins from going to an exclusive private school in Miami. This behavior causes “harm” to the children. Sandy, who was previously married to Oliver Pocher (42), vehemently rejects the allegations: Jared is jealous of her new boyfriend and makes her life difficult.
With his actions he wanted to force her to sign a separation agreement that was unfavorable for her. Therefore, she temporarily moved to her partner in New York and the Hamptons with only a few belongings. During this time, Jared had the joint lease of their apartment in Miami rewritten in his name. Her husband will withhold her jewelry and much of her clothing. Without the help of her new partner, she could see her children even less. He provided a private jet to fly the twins from Miami to New York and back.

Still, Sandy recently posted on Instagram that she was in a good mood. In the court papers, it reads differently: Her husband drove her from her apartment in Miami, so that she no longer has a safe haven in Florida. He gives her no money and confronts her with “monstrous demands”, to force them to “surrender”.

Nevertheless, she wants an out-of-court settlement. This seems unlikely, so judge Maria Espinosa Dennis (65) will have to make a judgment. The former prosecutor is considered strict and law-abiding. She is not only responsible for family matters, but also helps out at the criminal court. The native Cuban made headlines last year when she divorced tennis star Arantxa Sánchez Vicario (49) and Josep Santacana (48) when she argued against the long-standing rival of Steffi Graf (51). In the trial, Dennis referred to Sánchez Vicario as a “dishonest” person trying to use “dirty tricks”.
Sandy and Jared will hopefully be spared a public trial mud fight. But for this they have to agree on how their twins should grow up in the future. It’s not just about the couple who are still married, but also about Jared K.’s family – who want the children in Miami to be brought up according to the Jewish faith. Sandy, on the other hand, wants to gather all of her five children in New York. A relaxed family life, as she described it in her cookbook, seems to have moved a long way off. Fortunately, she can count on her new partner. This, writes Sandy’s lawyer, is “generous”.
