Alert, 7 North Central Timorese Infected with Dengue Fever

YOUR FAVORITE – A total of 7 positive patients Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is undergoing treatment at the Kefamenanu Regional General Hospital, North Central Timor Regency, NTT.

The previous two patients treated in December 2021 while at the beginning of 2022, the RSUD treated 5 patients.

“In December there were 5 patients but only 2 were positive, while 3 were just symptoms,” said the Director of the Kefamenanu Hospital, dr. Zakarias E. Fernandez at Kefamenanu, Tuesday (18/01/2022).

Zakarias said that of the 7 positive patients, children were dominated, but all patients have now been declared cured and sent home.
