Alain Cojean, who celebrated his 60th birthday in November 2021, has today left the business world, leaving behind him around thirty restaurants in Île-de-France and London (United Kingdom). He now lives between Brittany – he comes from a small village near Morlaix (Finistère) – and Paris. Although he has always shunned the media, he has nevertheless agreed to make an exception to talk about his book, “Heavenly Foods, the awakening of a restaurant pioneer”, to be published on April 27 by Mama Éditions (400 pages , 25 euros).
