VillageAl-Mashreq Insurance Department held a retreat for its employees in Amman for two days to discuss the overall strategy of the company, work results for the past period of the year 2022 and work plan for the next year , in the presence of the managing director – Ayoub Zorob and the general manager – Nihad Asaad and the assistants of the general manager for marketing, production and development and the department heads in the company.
The retreat included various meetings and dialogue sessions which discussed the company’s achievements and the challenges of its work, as well as the opportunities that can be exploited to develop the quality of the services provided. Proposals were also made to increase the efficiency and productivity of employees, while ensuring the highest standards of quality for the services provided to the Palestinian public.
In turn, the CEO praised the efforts of the company’s employees and all its staff and workers, at the same time underlining the importance of continuing to develop and automate programs in line with modern technology to improve services provided to the faithful of the company.
He also highlighted the support of the company’s board of directors and its commitment to its employees to develop their skills and equip them with the necessary skills to keep up with the latest programs adopted by the company.
For his part, the general manager of the company emphasized the existence of a healthy work environment that improves employee productivity, increases the intensity of the work team and develops its marketing tools with the aim of innovation and excellence in service delivery. He also noted the need to take into account last year’s results, its challenges and successes, in order to move forward towards new opportunities and successes that will add to the company’s rich history.
During the meetings, the department heads reviewed the results for the year 2022 and the plans that will be implemented for next year, aimed at achieving the company’s objectives and guidelines.
Al-Mashreq Insurance tries to keep pace with and adopt all that is new and modern in the world of technology in order to advance the services provided to the public, and has recently been working on transforming the insurance services it provides into digital services for for improve the efficiency and speed in obtaining these services, as well as the correct functioning of company procedures in an accurate and correct manner.
