The “Lebanese Debate” indicated that “four lawyers are accompanying the sons of Al-Kahala to the investigation, they are Alain Fakhri on behalf of the forces – Maurice Gemayel on behalf of the Kataeb – Fadi Al-Hajj on behalf of the current – Arlette Bejani on behalf of the municipality.”
In a related context, Mukhtar al-Kahala, Abdo Bou Khalil, said about the meeting with the army commander in an interview with “Voice of Lebanon”: “We are particularly close to the Lebanese army and are ready to appear before justice so that the investigation can take its course, and we have full confidence in the leadership of the army and its members.”
He added, “When we see the military uniform, we feel relaxed, so how would it be if we saw the army commander himself?”
