Aker Solutions announced on Friday morning that the private placements in Aker Carbon Capture and Aker Offshore Wind have been made. A gross proceeds of NOK 500 million were obtained in both companies.
Just over 294 million shares have been issued in Aker Carbon Capture, and around 340 million shares in Aker Offshore Wind. Aker Horizons subscribed for 194 million shares in Aker Carbon Capture and 217.7 million shares in Aker Offshore Wind. Aker will own 51 percent in both companies. The subscription price was NOK 1.47.
