Airplane seats, pilot uniforms or even houseplants: old Sabena stuff for sale, “I want a piece of nostalgia in my house”

Today you can only come and see, the sale will take place online until tomorrow. In the warehouse you can see both professional dealers and private collectors. “When I heard there was another Sabena sale, I immediately wanted to come and take a look,” says one collector. “It’s nostalgia, it’s a big part of our history.”

A professional dealer mainly hopes to be able to buy old posters. “People stay interested in that. Those airplane seats are cool, but who’s going to buy them? You have to be a fool like me for that.”

The auction is on line and will last until November 23rd.
