President Commissioner of PT Pertamina (Persero) Basuki Tjahaja Purnama alias Ahok officially resigned from the national oil and gas company.
This was conveyed by Ahok on his Instagram account.
“This upload is proof of receipt of my resignation letter as President Commissioner of PT Pertamina (Persero) which I submitted today, February 2 2024,” he said.
He said he supported and participated in campaigning for presidential candidate pair Ganjar Pranowo and Mahfud MD in the 2024 presidential election. Ahok also emphasized that this step was a response to some people’s confusion regarding his political direction.
