Ahok bluntly about salaries and bonuses at Pertamina

Basuki Tjahaja Purnama or as he is popularly called Ahok, re-open up about his salary at Pertamina. Ahok currently serves as the President Commissioner of PT Pertamina (Persero).

In talkshow Together with Najwa Shihab, Ahok stated that the salary at Pertamina was IDR 170 million per month.

“Rp. 170 million is roughly,” said Ahok talkshow live IG TV Mata Najwa aired Sunday (16/8/2020).

Previously, Ahok also opened up about the amount of his salary. He had compared his salary at Pertamina with when he was the Governor of DKI Jakarta. He stated that his current salary as a high-ranking official at Pertamina is much higher than his salary when he was Governor of DKI Jakarta.

“I feel good now, the salary is bigger. The salary is too big for the commissioner, it is far,” Ahok said in a talk with Andy. F Noya on Instagram Kickandyshow, quoted on Sunday (28/6/2020).

He mentioned that his basic salary as Governor of DKI Jakarta in mid 2014-2017 was only IDR 7 million per month. With an additional meal allowance of Rp. 30 million and an official car plus driver.

Meanwhile, Ahok said that currently his salary at Pertamina as the main commissioner is IDR 170 million.

“If the governor’s salary is Rp. 7 million more than a month, food allowance is Rp. 30 million, there are cars and drivers. At Pertamina we can get Rp. 170 million in wages,” said Ahok.
