And he specified that the formal request for rectification is to modify or integrate the missing data from the Istikam deeds issued prior to the noble RD n. of the Istikam instructions.
And it signaled that among these amendments: add the total area, modify the boundaries, the lengths or the area, as long as this amendment does not affect the area, or the lengths by increasing, or affecting the neighbors, add the civil registry for those who have written in the deed a reservation number that does not correspond to the number written in Identity, adding the registry office for those who have not registered the Hafiza number in their instrument.
And he added that among the amendments included in the “formal modification”: the modification of the civil register number, the modification of the name or surname, the modification of a clerical error, the addition or modification of the width of the road, the floor, lot, sign, or neighborhood name number, converting non-metric measurements to metric measurements.
