Sparta Rotterdam sees Agustín Anello temporarily leave. The 21-year-old attacker will spend the rest of the season on loan for SC Cambuur.
Anello came over this summer from the Belgian SK Lommel, which rented him out to Hajduk Split in Croatia for the last six months. In the first six months at Sparta, the Miami-born winger failed to secure a starting place for the Rotterdam team. In total, Anello played nine official games for the first team, one of which he played as a starter.
In the hunt for more playing minutes, Sparta temporarily lets Anello go to SC Cambuur. The Frisians currently occupy seventh place in the Kitchen Champion Division and are also active in the TOTO KNVB Cup. Anello is still with Sparta until mid-2026.
