An attack on an LGBTQ club in the United States has left people dead and injured. The alleged perpetrator identifies as a non-binary person.
Los Angeles (AP) – Five people were killed and 18 others were injured Saturday night at Club Q in Colorado Springs. 22-year-old Anderson A. shot and killed LGBTQ nightclub guests. The first details of the alleged crimes have now been disclosed. Before his court hearing on Wednesday, his attorneys told the audience that A. self-identified as a non-binary person. The court was informed of this fact in advance in writing.
The motive of the attacker is not yet clear. At the first court hearing in the United States, where A. was connected by video, he only spoke to confirm his name and that he was informed of his rights.

During the first hearing, the judge ordered the 22-year-old to remain in custody without bail, US media reported. The second appointment with the alleged culprit is set for December 6th. Then the final charges should be announced.
Furthermore, A. is said to have grown up in difficult social circumstances. Both parents had drug problems. As a teenager, A. changed his name. According to his own statements, his father worked as a porn actor. Today he is a martial arts trainer. In the transmitter CBS she claimed that she “commended” her son for the abusive behavior. “I told him it worked.”
