Hawkins, 50, was found dead in a hotel in Bogotá on Friday evening where the band was scheduled to perform at the Estereo Picnic music festival. There, instead of performing, there were candles on the stage.
“Toxicology analysis tentatively revealed ten different types of substances,” including THC — found in marijuana — tricyclic antidepressants, benzodiazepines and opioids, investigators said. They did not say whether the drugs led to the musician’s death.
