DEN BOSCH – If the counter had stopped at 50,000 euros during the semi-final, he would have hit the button, but his opponent was a bit too fast for him. Good thing. Now Guido (54) from Den Bosch can credit 242,000 euros to his bank account.
De Bosschenaar sat in the stands of Miljoenjacht together with about fifty other Bosschenaren and was the first to conquer a place in the final. His wishes to realize a new kitchen and to make a nice trip can easily be fulfilled after Sunday evening.
Guido is a service manager at a large supermarket, is married to Heleen and is the father of two children. De Bosschenaar played the game calculated. “I prepared myself well”, he admitted to presenter Linda de Mol. ,,When I knew that I could take place in the audience, I watched all 19 episodes. Which choices were made and which suitcases contained the millions.”
De Mol was impressed by Guido’s preparation and wanted to know more. “The millions were more often in the even suitcases than in the odd suitcases,” said the inhabitant of Bossche. ,, And in nine suitcases the 5 million has not yet settled at all. In the cases 4 and 15 already twice.”

The highest amount he could have had was during round three: 257,000 euros. His own suitcase 7 contained one million euros.
