Neetu Kapoor, mother of actor Ranbir Kapoor, seemed somewhat bewildered on the set of a talent show that she judges. For context, actress Alia Bhatt today shared a post titled “Our Baby Is Coming Soon” along with a photo of her and Ella Ranbir’s husband in hospital looking at what appears to be an ultrasound result. on a monitor, whose screen is obscured by a heart-shaped emoji. In a hurry, Neetu Kapoor simply responded to the paparazzi with a “Thank you,” which he repeated when asked that there was a “junior Kapoor on the way.”

The internet isn’t quite sure if the ‘baby’ in Alia Bhatt’s post is actually a ‘junior Kapoor’, as the paparazzi put it, or brahmastra, which will be released in September. Some comments on Alia’s post suggest that she and Ranbir Kapoor, who got married in April, are in charge of publicity for her film.
If so, this is quite an elaborate campaign involving members of Alia’s and Rambir’s families. “Our cup is overflowing,” Alia’s mother, Soni Razdan, wrote in an Instagram story.
Ranbir Kapoor’s sister Riddhima wrote on her Instagram story, “My babies are having a baby.”
