After AIK’s BP boycott – 30 tickets sold

AIK face IF Brommapojkarna this weekend.
The match is played at Tele2 arena and currently 30 tickets have been sold for the away leg.

IF Brommapojkarna will host AIK in their home opener this coming weekend. The match will be played at the Tele2 arena as BP had hoped for a large audience, but it doesn’t look like it will be that way.

Supporter groups for AIK have called for a boycott of the Brommapojkarna, this after the club, among other things, went against the other Stockholm clubs in the VAR issue at the Stockholm Football Association’s annual meeting.

Now with four days until the match, only 30 tickets have been sold for the away section.

– We focus on playing, but it will be something completely different than here. It becomes more boring to play, but it is done for something greater. It’s the supporters’ thing, says Axel Björnström to Sportbladet.

The match is played on Saturday and starts at 15:00.
