THE HAGUE – The convictions of six so-called blocking friezes can be upheld. The advocate general advises this to the Supreme Court on Tuesday. On December 1, he will give a ruling in the case concerning the Frisian activists who blocked the A7 on November 18, 2017, as a result of which buses with protesters against Zwarte Piet could not go to Dokkum for the national Sinterklaas entry.
