The Breisgau Center, built in 1975, has been part of Union Investment’s special real estate fund since 2011 and has a total floor space of 16,687 m². It is located in the southwest of Freiburg and is conveniently located on the B3 federal road in the Haid industrial park.
The local supply center has a wide range of shopping opportunities and an extensive range of services and has a broad mix of tenants. The 20 shop units include a dry cleaner, fashion and shoe shops, restaurants and even a Sixt car rental company. The Breisgau Center also has around 950 free parking spaces for its customers in a large outdoor car park.
