Once the return is registered, the platform will provide you with the label that you must use to send your package back. We do not currently offer a free mail-in returns service.
– Returns in store: If you want to return or exchange your online order for another product (service only available in store and if you have paid with a credit / debit card, Paypal or Klarna), you can do it for free at any of our stores at a period of 60 days from when you received it, as long as it complies with the conditions of our return policy.
