He wins the accolade for his role as Massar in Adú.
The winner has been read by the Malaga actor Antonio de la Torre, nominated fourteen times and with two Goya awards (in 2007 for Best Supporting Actor for Darkblueblack and in 2019 for Best Leading Actor for The kingdom).
The 18-year-old actor receives the award for his portrayal of Massar, a young Somali who escapes from his country. The story of this character is inspired by a person who met the director of the film, Salvador Calvo.
