Actress Bella Thorne and singer Benjamin Mascolo have broken off their engagement. Mascolo announced on social media on Friday that the two broke up as friends.
“Relationships are born and die just like people, it’s the natural life cycle and I accept that. This is not a failure, a real bond is never wasted or useless. It was destined, and it was beautiful,” writes the Italian singer on Instagram.
“I wish nothing less than the best for this person, and will always be there for her. I love you,” he concluded.
Thorne and Mascolo got engaged in March last year. They were then in a relationship for almost two years. Before that, the actress was with rapper Mod Sun and YouTube star Tana Mongeau.
