South Korean actor Kim Mi-soo died on Wednesday this week. She was only 29 years old. It confirmed her agency in a statement the same day, according to CNN.
– We must share an extremely heartbreaking and sad news. Actor Kim Mi-soo suddenly left us on January 5, the statement said.

The agency has also asked people not to spread rumors regarding the cause of death, which was not stated in the statement.

We sincerely ask that you refrain from speculating about the cause of death, so that the shocked and sad family can reverently remember the deceased actor. We hope you will pray that the deceased actor may rest in peace, and once again we send our deepest condolences.

Mi-soo is known from series such as “Snowdrop” and “Hellbound”. However, her passing comes just weeks after the former series premiered at Disney +.
In the series, the 29-year-old had a supporting role as student activist Yeo Jungmin.
