Actor Antony Starr Advises Fans to Play Call of Duty Instead of Mortal Kombat 1

Actor Antony Starr, who plays Homelander in “Boys”, advised fan to play Call of Duty instead of Mortal Kombat 1.

A similar proposal was made in response to a question regarding Starr’s participation in the voice of Homelander for MK1. For some reason, the actor did not give a voice to his character in the fighting game, which still causes confusion among many fans. However, the source of the problem still remains unclear.

Starr has already been asked several times about Homelander’s voice acting in MK1 and, judging by the artist’s answer, such questions have already “hesitated” him. At the same time, he recommended Call of Duty for a reason – after all, his character was added to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II (2022), where Starr voiced his hero. At the same time, Black Noir and Starlight from the original series appeared in the shooter.

Homelander will be available in MK1 as part of the Kombat Pack, which includes Omni-Man from “Invulnerable”, Peacemaker from the series of the same name, Quan Chi and other characters. Interestingly, Omni-Man and Peacemaker were voiced by original actors J.K. Simmons and John Cena, so that makes Starr’s story even weirder.

Recently the authors “Boys”by the way, they showed the first trailer for the fourth season, and the studio’s creative director NetherRealm Ed Boon said that MK1 is waiting for a plot expansion in the style Aftermath for Mortal Kombat 11.
